Many people make the mistake of looking for a divorce or annulment of a bigamous marriage. Do not bother! There will not be either because in the eyes of the law and the church the marriage is treated as if it never took place. If there was an innocent party he or she is free to marry whereas the guilty party or parties might find themselves locked up for a few years or heavily fined.
